Pan-American Life Center is a 28-story, granite-clad, Premier Class A office tower that contains approximately 674,000 square feet. Built in 1980 and designed by the prestigious architecture firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Pan-American Life Center is recognized as one of New Orleans’ most prestigious office towers located in the CBD along the “Poydras Corridor” and along the St. Charles Avenue Street Car Line, allowing convenient access to Uptown and the Garden District.
